This enables us to provide our customer with a tailored service, with your equipment details and specifications readily available. We provide a detailed worksheet with all service calls to our customer. All data is recorded to provide our customers with informative machine history and key data in relation to the faults, the solutions, as well as any, follow up actions need to be taken.

Other data captured on V-Tracker including: travelling time, on-site working hours as well as the parts replaced etc. will also be used for invoicing, this ensure us to provide full transparency with our pricing and invoicing.
