Our Technical Service includes: Emergency Breakdown Service, Installation Service, Preventative Maintenance Contracts, Water Filtration Services, Boiler, and other Equipment Inspections and Certifications.
Our engineers’ knowledge and expertise is second to none, they have been trained by many traditional and bean to cup machine manufacturers across Europe such as Carimali, La Marzocoo, Franke, Lavazza, Expobar, Macchiavalley, Conti, Marco and many more. And our engineers will also attend refresher courses on a regular basis, so we can keep up to date with new regulations and technological advances and upgrades.
We have a modern and purposely designed workshop with multi test and rebuild work stations. A descale and deep clean bay and we carry over 2000 spare components covering a wide range of machines. We have established trading relationships with all of Europeans leading coffee machine parts suppliers and non-stock parts can be obtained within 24 hours.
We are committed to offer a prompt and attentive response to all customers. Our call out and completion target is 99% first-time-fix rate. Our objective is to attend all service calls quickly to reduce down time for our customer, no matter what part of the country your business is located, from Dublin to Cork, from Waterford to Donegal, our large team of in-house experienced field technicians have you covered.
In most machine breakdown situations, our engineers can be on-site same day. Our engineers work from Monday to Saturday, with emergency call out service available on Sunday, Bank Holidays and other out of office hours. Our technical service helpline is also manned 24×7, to deal with any emergency queries and offering assistance. We understand what a down time could cost your business, and that’s why we want to be the business partner you can reply on.
We believe open and honest communication is the key. That’s why we discuss every stage of the technical installation and service with our customers. Pre installation of any new machine, we will carry out an in-depth site survey, and advise our customer on main and waste water connection, power supply etc.
We will try to fix any machines on site first time, but if your machine couldn´t be repaired on site, we can provide a substitute machine for the time your machine is in our workshop, so we can eliminate any negative impact of machine breakdown on your business.
