Aromatic and Sweetness
An excellent blend made up of 100% Central and South American Arabica mild beans with the aroma and intense, liquorish flavours of Central American coffee beans combined with the delicate acidic aroma of South American coffee beans. Great finesse in the cup, with a mellow and thick crema.
- Origins: Coffee grows in the highest plateaus of the area (900-1300 m.), Characterized by dry and cold winters. It is made to dry in the sun on the characteristic local “patios”.

A superior blend that comes from the meeting of two selected coffees: a natural, soft and light body from the Lambarì plantations, and Cereja Apasita, harvested in light over-saturation to enrich the cup with aromas of honey, fresh biscuits and chocolate milk. The union of these two varieties creates a velvety and sweet espresso, with an intense body and hints of caramel and hazelnuts. The roasting technique is ancient and “drum”.
