    • Origins: Coffee grows in the highest plateaus of the area (900-1300 m.), Characterized by dry and cold winters. It is made to dry in the sun on the characteristic local “patios”.

    A superior blend that comes from the meeting of two selected coffees: a natural, soft and light body from the Lambarì plantations, and Cereja Apasita, harvested in light over-saturation to enrich the cup with aromas of honey, fresh biscuits and chocolate milk. The union of these two varieties creates a velvety and sweet espresso, with an intense body and hints of caramel and hazelnuts. The roasting technique is ancient and “drum”.
